New cast resin transformers Green T.HE
The Green T.HE transformers fully comply with the new eco-compatible design rules and guarantee a significant reduction in energy consumption, thus promoting significant economic savings and the reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
From July 2021 (tier 2), regulation 548/2014 (updated by Regulation 2019/1783) requires manufacturers to produce transformers with no-load loss reduced by 10% compared with the previous requirement.
Green T.HE transformers fully comply with the new rules of eco-compatible design and stand out for their high quality and excellent performance. Thanks to the use of innovative materials and to the shrewdness in the design phase, the new transformers are characterized by the following distinctive elements:
- The magnetic core, completely renewed with newly developed and high performance materials, contributes to the reduction of transformer dimensions and weights, ensuring at the same time higher energy efficiency.
- The HV windings are all made in BIL LIST 2, thanks to the reinforced insulation in the critical points of the unit.
- They can be stored, transported and used even in extreme environmental conditions (Environmental Class E3).
- The HV (high voltage) and LV (low voltage) terminals have been modified and built to facilitate the connection of the product on both windings.
