Door Entry is the app that lets you manage calls and functions of OLD-generation smart video internal units directly from your smartphone, both locally and remotely.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The OLD-generation BTicino connected video internal units that use the Door Entry app are generally the following:

  • Classe 100X (OLD version)
  • Classe 300X (OLD version)
  • Hometouch
  • Easykit (OLD version)


If a malfunction occurs, to restore proper operation of the video internal unit with the Door Entry app, you must reset the device and then reconfigure the app using the latest versions: Door Entry Android 1.8.4, Door Entry iOS 1.7.2 (6), Easykit Android 1.8.4, and Easykit iOS 1.7.0 (23).

For the latest-generation products, BTicino has gradually replaced the Door Entry app with the Home + Security app.
