    Awards and Recognition

    BTicino has always been extremely committed to quality, technology and Italian design, with the merit of having been the first to introduce the concepts of aesthetics and comfort in a sector where in the past performance was almost exclusively functional. So far, BTicino has been awarded 3 Compasso D’Oro Awards (Golden Compass, the highest Italian design award), 3 IF Awards, 2 RedDot Awards, one CES Award, and has received a mention in the ADI Design Index.

      Compasso D’Oro

      BTicino won a Compasso d’Oro in 1989 for the “Living residential solution” and another one in 2001 for the “Sistema integrato di automazione domestica My Home” (MyHome home automation integrated system). In 2014, BTicino received an honourable mention for the “Telecomando domotico My Home” (MyHome home automation remote control).

      IF Design Award

      The first nomination for the famous IF Design Award came in 1996, but it was the “Smarther” thermostat (2017), the “Classe 300EOS video internal unit” (2021) and the “Light Now” wiring device (2024) that secured for BTicino the coveted international award.

      BTicino won the Red Dot awards for its Living and Light ranges (1996) and for its Milan Concept Store (2011).

      In 2019, the “MyHome control with built-in voice assistant” won over the jury of the CES Innovation Award, who celebrated the value of BTicino products with the important prize.
