How is the Smart Outdoor Camera ORIGINAL installed?

The camera can replace an existing outdoor light point, using its power supply. For optimal coverage, installation at a height of about 2.5 - 3 metres is recommended. Set-up is completed through the Home + Security app.

Which events can it detect?

Thanks to built-in artificial intelligence, the camera distinguishes people, vehicles and animals. Notifications can be customised and specific surveillance zones defined, reducing irrelevant alerts.

What is the image quality?

The Smart Outdoor Camera Original delivers 2K+ HDR images at 30 fps, digital zoom up to 16x, a 130° wide-angle field of view and night vision, for effective monitoring both day and night.

How are videos stored and protected?

Recordings are saved locally on an encrypted microSD card, included. A personal cloud can also be used. Detection and storage take place locally and data is not transferred to the cloud without the user's consent.

Are there any subscription costs?

NO. The main features, including video access, customised notifications and software updates, are available with no subscription or extra costs.

What happens if the camera is stolen?

If removed or stolen, the camera will appear disconnected in the Home + Security app. Videos saved on the microSD card remain protected by encryption and cannot be accessed without the credentials of the linked account.
