Description
Moulded circuit breaker for control isolation and protection of low voltage lines. Protects a circuit from damage caused by excess current from an overload or short circuit
Product characteristics
- Breaking capacity of 100kA, according to EN/IEC standard 60947-2, suitable for protection of high power industrial installations.
- Rated insulation voltage of 800V. Rated impulse withstand voltage of 8kV
- Completely flexible regolation of the protection unit by software for thermal and magnetic currents and times. Thermal protection within range of 0,2-1,0 of the rated current. Magnetic protection within range of 1,5-10 of the rated current.
- Can be equipped with releases (undervoltage and shunt releases) and auxiliary contacts, rotary handles or motor operator. Locking accessories are available.
- Diffent type of connection accessories are available: cage terminals, spreader and rear terminals. Plug-in version or draw-out configuration are possible (circuit breaker fitted with special terminals and mounted on a plug-in base). A dedicated module can be added in order to get protection agains earth leakage faults.

Usage
- Megatiker platform provides a complete range suitable for high power application.
Advantages
- Same MCCB size for all versions (thermal magnetic, electronic with or without measure). Earth leakage fetures can be achieved by adding a dedicated module at the bottom of the breaker itself.
- Adjustment of Ir, Isd, Ii, Ig, tr, tsd, tg directly on the MCCB or via software PCS, that can be downloaded from e-catalog. For 4P version: adjustment of neutral can be done on front panel or by software.
- EnerUp + Project App for smartphone and tablet available on Apple Store and Google Play, can be used to connect to the MCCB via smartphone. The BT-MPXX02 dongle key is needed to ensure the connectivity via App. Monitoring, tests implementation and test reports are available via App.
