HOME+CONTROL replaces MyHOME_Up and is compatible with all the existing MyHome systems, after updating the MyHOMEServer1 firmware.This and the migration to the new App can be done by your Customers: invite them to register at www.help.bticino.com/myhomeevolution and follow the step by step instructions, so that they can enjoy this new experience.
New MyHOME systems with updated MyHOMEServer1 gateway or integrated with video door entry systems with Classe 300EOS with Netatmo will already be compatible with HOME+CONTROL.
