This device can be used as a line or backbone coupler, providing a data connection with galvanic isolation between the upper KNXnet/IP line and the lower KNX bus line. It can also be used as a programming interface with KNX-compatible tools, providing up to 5 physical addresses for IP tunneling. Technical features: - supports messages up to 55 bytes long. - can be used as a line coupler or an area coupler. - through the tunneling protocol, it offers a connection point for the ETS programming software (or any other tool for enabling commissioning and monitoring). - high internal communication buffer capacity to withstand data traffic overload. - supports KNXnet/IP, ARP, ICMP, IGMP, HTTP, UDP/IP, TCP/IP, and DHCP standards. - powered by KNX bus at 29V DC. - DIN rail installation. - dimensions: 2 DIN modules
