MAS4000 – enclosures for power distribution
MAS4000 is the range of modular power cabinets up to 6300A for Power Center applications.
Maximum performance
The range is characterized by extremely sturdy structures capable of withstanding very high electrical and mechanical stresses. All the elements that make up the MAS4000 cabinets have been designed to allow for easy and quick assembly, and to create single or grouped cabinets.
In the MAS4000 structures it is possible to install all Tifast cabling systems and all the forms of segregation envisaged by the legislation can be created.
TIFAST distribution system
The optimized distribution system up to 4000A which provides, for each type of distribution, optimized solutions which allow the creation of modern and efficient switchboards.
Structures up to 6300A
Dedicated structures with more robust dimensions and construction features for the installation of 6300 A Megabreak circuit-breakers.
Connection kit
The ready-to-use solutions for the input and output connection of circuit-breakers up to 2500A allow for the easy construction of high-power switchboards and cabinets and simplify the expansion and maintenance phases.
Modular structure
All the elements of the cabinets have been designed to allow for easy and rapid assembly, and to make it possible to create single or grouped cabinets. The structures with identical dimensions in width and depth allow a great flexibility of placing them side by side (for example, L-shaped wardrobes can be created).
Protection degree IP30 and IP65
With the MAS4000 cabinets it is possible to create structures in two degrees of protection:
- IP30 (without front door and with finishing profiles);
- IP65 (with front door).
Forms of segregation from 2B to 4B
Kits of metal cells and insulating diaphragms are available that allow you to create the following forms of segregation:
- front accessibility 2B, 3B-4A;
- rear accessibility 2A, 3A, 3B, 4B.
