Thanks to our different system solutions and technologies, we guarantee the realisation and the management of accesses for any accommodation facility: from small B&Bs, to small and medium-sized hotels, all the way to large hotels.

Solution with traditional wiring
Using standard products part of the Bticino wiring devices, wired in a traditional way, such as badge holders, outside the door indicators, USB chargers, shaver sockets, emergency and lighting lamps, it is possible to create systems in accommodation facilities with limited requirements and of small size.
The products are available in the different wiring devices: Living Now, Livinglight, Axolute and Màtix.
BUS-SCS solution
The BUS-SCS system is designed to ensure the best hotel reception and supervision service, with specific functions for the room and the reception, as well as energy efficiency solutions for all the areas of the hotel, including common areas.
All the devices are connected using a twisted, non-polarised two-wire cable with a supply voltage of 27 Vdc.
BUS-SCS system supervision and management software
The supervision software is one of the system's main components. If it is installed on a PC in reception it can set and interact with all room parameters.
The software also gives the possibility of managing and programming the key cards with RFID transponder technology in credit card format for access to rooms and common areas.
Aesthetic variety and custom solutions
Many finishes are available from the different wiring devices. Cover plates, keys, key cards and glass controls can be customised with varied symbols.
A specific web application (www.uxforupscalehotel.legrand.com) is available for the aesthetic and functional customisation of the SCS-BUS system products of the “Premium” line, which allows to specifically request from BTicino a wide range of icon and symbol customisations.
Customisations must be requested through the BTicino sales teams.
Integration with solutions and products from other companies
BTicino systems are open and capable of working with systems and products of other manufacturers, for additional functions and customisations.
For example, it is possible to control the VRV, VRF and air conditioning systems of the main producers on the market.
Integrations are ensured using the DRIVER MANAGER (Item F459).
Sockets dedicated to recharging technological devices, such as smartphones, tablets, mobile phones, cameras, etc.
The products have mini-USB connectors with an output voltage of 5 V d.c. and with 1 or 2 connectors.
Different types of power sockets and installation standards are available, to cover all the requirements of international projects.
Connectors for the wiring of multimedia devices: video projectors, televisions, videoconferencing equipment, monitors.
Different sockets/connectors are available: HDMI connectors, SVGA connectors and data network sockets.
Enclosures for outdoor installation of controls or energy sockets, where a high degree of device protection is required.
IP40 and IP55 enclosures with different modularity are available from the catalogue.
Lighting management of the common areas
Intelligent lighting management brings a reduction in energy costs.
In some common areas of the hotel, such as toilets, corridors, staircases, the installation of Lighting Control sensors is recommended, as they allow the light to only be on when someone is crossing the area.
The offer consists of different types of sensors that meet every installation and operating requirement, managing on-off, dimmer and DALI loads based on the presence of people and natural light levels.
Proper lighting control can bring savings of more than 30%.
UPS - uninterruptible power supplies, to ensure continuity even in the event of a power failure
BTicino offers a wide range of Legrand branded UPS - uninterruptible power supplies: an offer capable of guaranteeing maximum protection in all types of installations, continuity of service and a strong focus on energy efficiency.
The range includes uninterruptible power supplies up to 800 kVA, in single-phase and three-phase versions.
BTnet structured cabling for data networks
The structured wiring solutions of the BTnet series allow the realisation of data networks that perfectly meets the performance, scalability and efficiency requirements of hotels.
From structured wiring with copper and fibre optic cables, to all the connectors integrated in the BTicino wiring devices up to category 8, to switchboards and rack cabinets to contain all the active and passive equipment, the offer is very complete for every need.
Electrical safety and protection
The range of switches for the control and protection of low-voltage electrical systems is comprehensive:
- THERMAL MAGNETIC SALVAVITA (LIFE SAVING DEVICE), for protection against indirect contacts, direct contacts, current surges and short circuits.
- STOP&GO, for resetting the main switch in the event of unexpected tripping.
- SPD, for protection against overvoltage due to electrical discharges generated by lightning.
Power distribution cabinets, switchboards and conduits
The solutions offered by Bticino for the distribution of electricity in the hotel are complete: they range from electrical switchboards, available in all sizes, to metal conduits and wire cable trays, for every electricity distribution requirement.
Green’Up charge columns for electric vehicles
The electric vehicle charging solutions are suitable for all kinds of applications. In addition to being safe and robust, they incorporate innovative features such as the ability to remotely control and manage the charging of the vehicle using a smartphone, tablet or PC, thanks to the dedicated EV CHARGE app.
The columns are available in 2 different versions and applications: AC and DC (Ecotap) depending on required performance and electric vehicle charging solution.
