ISO - INSULATION RELAYS, Plant control and safety

Insulation relays, with their insulation transformers, are devices that are widely used in medical cabinets. In addition to these devices there is a remote signaling device that can be used to keep the situation under control.

Insulation and measurement relays suitable for plant control

Insulation relays, widely used in medical cabinets are usually installed with the remote signaling devices to keep the situation under control.
The measurement relays are instead devices that can be programmed for alternating and continuous voltages and currents. These appliances can also be requested in a customized version to satisfy any type of installation requirement.

Insulation monitors and signal box

The insulation monitor is a device with permanent monitoring of the insulation to earth of circuits powered by insulation VTs with a 230V (ISO D4Z) or 24V (ISO D4Zs) secondary isolated from earth. It is set up with a relay output for temperature control.

Arrangement for remote connection. The remote signaling box for Iso relays D4Z and D4Zs allows remote management of alarms due to loss of insulation of the installation

Current measurement relay

The measurement relays are programmable to offer maximum flexibility of use. They are equipped with contacts for remote signaling and minimum and maximum intervention threshold adjustments.

RM2I and RM3I: current relay, single-phase network with minimum or maximum alarm, selectable in the field. Input 5A or 1A. Adjustable threshold, hysteresis and tripping time. Field selectable positive or negative safety. Intervention inhibition at ignition. Possibility of intervention memorization.

The RM2S version also has the lack/sequence/asymmetry function.

Voltage measurement relay

RM2U and RM2S: 2-module voltage relay for single-phase network with field-selectable minimum or maximum alarm. Adjustable threshold, hysteresis and tripping time. Field selectable positive or negative safety. Possibility of intervention memorization.

RM3U: voltage relay for three-phase network with minimum or maximum alarm, selectable in the field. Adjustable threshold and intervention time. Phase failure/sequence control.

RM3C: bidirectional direct current or voltage relay or button. 2 programmable minimum and/or maximum alarms. Programmable measuring range. Display of any quantity directly proportional to the input. Programmable display. Storage of maximum measured value
