Protection ensured against the effects of overload or short circuit and earth fault. Wide range with different modularities, rated currents and breaking capacities. Installation in switchboards, distribution boards and electrical cabinets for residential, service and industrial applications.
The earth-leakage module which can be associated for the power circuit breakers has a patented assembly system which guarantees simpler and safer installation. Also available in adjustable version, the earth-leakage module can optimise protection as a function of the circuit features. Both the tripping current and the time for earth-leakage fault can be adjusted.
The SPD protect the devices both against surges caused by lightning and against transient surges which might occur in the mains in the case of electrical manoeuvres on the distribution systems. The BTicino SPD range, conforming to CEI EN 61643-11 standard, fulfils all the needs of low-voltage systems. TYPE 1 (T1) SPD are available, which can normally be installed in main distribution boards, TYPE 2 (T2) SPD, usually used as secondary distribution boards and switchboards and combined TYPE 1 and 2 (T1 + 2) SPD, to protect systems and devices in medium/small buildings downstream of both the main distribution board and the secondary boards. The range includes standard SPD for DIN rail and SPD modules which can be associated to Btdin circuit breakers.
Salvavita Stop&Go is the intelligent BTicino device which by itself solves all problems of unwanted earth-leakage circuit breaker trips caused by storms, surges or transient mains disturbances. With Salvavita Stop&Go no more unwanted power cuts. Salvavita Stop&Go can be combined with all BTicino earth-leakage circuit breakers with modularity 2 DIN 35 modules.
The range of modular devices for the command and control of electrical systems is very rich and is made up of: step-step relays, monostable relays, counters, circuit breakers and pushbuttons, disconnectors which can be fitted with accessories or not, two-way switches and selector switches.
As well as the thermal magnetic and earth-leakage circuit breakers other modular devices are available to protect systems. These devices feature: fuse holders, motor protectors and earth-leakage relays with separate toroids.
The range of specific modular devices for notification is made up of pilot lights with coloured LED lamps, ringtones, buzzers and transformers.
Devices and circuit breakers are available for the timing of circuits in the system such as: staircase light timers, electronic timers, twilight circuit breakers and programmable analog and digital time circuit breakers.
